CosmicJunior
The CosmicJunior program is designed to strengthen academic readiness while preserving curiosity and creativity. At this stage, children build strong foundations in early reading, writing readiness, numeracy, and logical thinking through structured yet engaging learning experiences. Emphasis is placed on communication skills, social responsibility, classroom discipline, and independent learning habits—preparing children with confidence for the transition into Senior Kindergarten and primary school.
Philosophy
At CosmicJunior we believe early childhood is a period of profound
potential. Learning in the first six years shapes the architecture of the brain and sets the trajectory for future academic success, well-being, and civic engagement. Our pedagogy rests on four core beliefs:
Child-Centred Inquiry
Children learn best when experiences are meaningful, hands-on, and tied to their curiosity. Our classrooms are set up as inquiry-rich environments where teachers respond to children’s interests and scaffold learning with intention.
Holistic Development
We nurture cognitive, physical, language, socio-emotional, and
creative development equally. Each domain is woven into daily routines and experiences.
Research-Informed Practice
Our curriculum draws on the National Education Policy (NEP)
recommendations, ICSE early years fundamentals, and global evidence from EYFS and IB to craft an adaptive, culturally relevant program.
Partnership with Families
Local languages, festivals, A child’s learning flourishes through shared understanding between school and family. We actively involve parents in learning goals, classroom activities, and progress sharing.
