Roles
Teacher
Entry teaching roles: 10+2 with a certified early childhood course such as NTT, ECCE, PPTC, Montessori, or Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education; relevant internships or demo lessons preferred.
Lead Teacher
Degree in Education or related field, ECCE specialisation preferred, 2–4 years early years teaching experience, strong classroom management skills.
Centre Head
Degree plus 3–7 years of leadership/teaching experience, managerial skills, knowledge of NEP/ICSE frameworks and international early years standards.
Corporate roles
Relevant business experience for franchise sales, operations, or finance; strong communication and stakeholder management skills. We also actively recruit career-changers with demonstrable strengths in creativity, communication, and passion for children — we provide training pathways to equip you with pedagogical skills.
Training
Training, induction & continuous professional development Growth is built into every role at CosmicKids. Our training and support framework includes:
- Comprehensive Onboarding A structured induction (pedagogy, safety, classroom routines, assessment tools, family engagement practices). Our franchise model includes detailed setup and operational training similar to industry franchise support.
- Continuous Professional Development Program (CPD) Monthly workshops (lesson study, child assessment, inclusive practice), micro-credentials, and classroom coaching cycles. We run practical, evidence-based coaching similar to global education employers that prioritise staff growth.
