Our teacher development philosophy
Child-first approach
Children first, evidence second, technique third. Training starts with child development science and observationally validated practices (attachment, play, inquiry, language development) before moving to lesson design and classroom routines.
Competency-based
Teachers are certified when they demonstrate competencies—through observation, portfolios, and child outcome evidence—not merely attendance.
Blended learning
Short online modules + face-to-face labs + classroom practicum + coaching cycles (observe → feedback → reflect → reteach).
Programs
- Foundation Certificate for teaching assistants and new hires: classroom routines, child safety, basic observation & play facilitation, daily planning templates, child-centred approaches.
- Diploma in Early Years for lead classroom teachers: child development (0–6), language & literacy, numeracy foundations, assessment for learning, curricular design aligned to NEP/ICSE/EYFS/IB, parent engagement.
